I am so powerful, I am going to turn the sun off on Aug 21. I am so wonderful, I will turn it back on after a couple of minutes. So keep an eye on your weather rock and if around 1:30 PM it starts blinking off and gets dark, know that I will turn on the sun again in just under 2 minutes. If you don't believe me, see what I do in Gerogetown or Columbia. I will put a big black disk over the sun and black it out and turn it off for almost 2 minutes.

;-)Just kidding of course. There will be a total eclipse of the sun. The moon will skip between the sun and the earth, blocking the sun's rays. It will start at one edge of the sun and travel threw the middle to the other edge. During an eclipse, it is not a good idea to look directly at the sun. For the best view of the eclipse, go to Georgetown or
McClellanville, SC. If it is rainy or cloudy, you won't see much.
