Wanted - Trading Post Manager

Camp Coker is looking for a trading post manager for June 11-17.  Candidates must be 18 years old or older.  Benefits include a bed to sleep in, air conditioned trading post, salary, and 3 meals per day.  If you are interested contact Joshua Hanes.
Webelos Camp and Cub Buddy Weekend Registration Closes 6/17/17
 
Attention Cub Scout Families - you have 1 week to register for Webelos Resident Camp or Cub Buddy Weekend.  Details for each event are here.
 
Wanted - Licensed Electrician

The Scout office in Florence is in need of a licensed electrician to complete two projects.  The first is to replace 4 light fixtures with new LED fixtures.  The second is to split a set of fixtures off of a series of fixtures and give them their own dedicated light switch.  If you can assist by giving of your talent contact Michael Hesbach.
Buy Pee Dee First!

In the last month significant improvements have taken place in our Scout Shop.  We are now launching "Buy Pee Dee First!"  Our pledge is that we will have all ranks badges, belt loops, merit badges, totin/fireman/cyber chips, parents pins, and rank cards, in stock.  If we don't you get a $10 credit.

To take advantage of this program:
1. Email your order to peedee.areacouncil@scouting.org
2. If received by noon we will ship out the same day
3. Shipping will be via 1 business day via FedEx with tracking
4. Orders below $150 are actual cost capped at $8 for business address and $12 residential address
5. Orders above $150 are free to a business address and $4 to residential address
6. Saturday deliver is available for an additional fee
7. USPS shipping at actual cost is available but delivery date is not guaranteed 

 
 
Scouts participate in Memorial Day programs

Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Veterans, and the community assisted in ensuring that every grave at the National Cemetery in Florence received an American Flag for Memorial Day.  We are proud of our Scouts who participated.  To see pictures visit here.
