| Diane has found a great article that I wanted to pass along to you all. I think we are doing really good on recording the hours that the scouts spend on Eagle Service Projects.
We may want to think about the time the scout expends on such things as researching costs, looking for plans, talking to people at the facilities who are getting the project, organizing work days, talking to people about best ways to build what ever, time on the phone getting helpers to the work days, the time it takes to get the project approved and such. All of this tends to take 15-19 or more hours, but only 9 hours may get recorded.
