Leaders and Volunteers,

 

We are on for this weekend to do the Cub Scout specific training for Henry Shelor.  Below is the outline and estimated times for the training.  You are not required to attend every training for that day, you can cherry pick or take them all.

 

Training will take place at LDS Church, 1770 S. Hwy 15, Sumter SC.  Lunch at this point will be on-your-own, but we may get a surprise from our Commissioners during the meeting.

 

9:00 - 9:15 meet and greet (coffee & donuts)

9:15 - 10:00 Youth Protection Training (for those needing it)

10:00 - 12:00 Den Leader Specific Training (updated for 2015)

12:00 - 1:00 LUNCH BREAK

1:00 - 3:00 Pack Committee Training (updated for 2015)

3:00 - 4'ish CPR Training (Tentative)

 

Please note we may not be able to have the CPR training as originally planned due to scheduling conflicts.  I am working to get an alternate to do the training, but there may be issues.  If we do this will be the only training event that has a cost $3.00 to cover the paperwork to Redcross.

 

An RSVP would be great if you can, that way I will make sure I have enough printouts for the meeting.
