Visit the national volunteer training center for the Boy Scouts of America with over fifty different week-long conferences. Since 1950, the Philmont Training Center has provided a unique environment for training volunteers and professionals, creating leaders, and hosting family friendly adventures. Conferences feature the latest tools, techniques, audiovisuals, discussions, idea-sharing, and activities led by a faculty of experienced Scouters selected by the National Council.
