Great News! We had 50 people get CPR certified at April's Roundtable!
Fantastic! Just wanted to let you know what's coming up in May.


May Roundtable-
Boy Scouts: Centennial Year Merit Badge (Also Fall Camporee info to be
discussed.)

Dana King asked that All Cub Units please send either their Cubmaster or
Committee Chairman to the May Cub Day Camp Planning Meeting.

The Pee Dee Area Council is excited to announce the Christina Mahan has been
hired to Serve as the District Executive for the Chicora District. She will
begin her new duties on May 1st, 2010. Christina is a 2008 graduate of
Eastern Carolina University and is no stranger to BSA. She has been a
Venture Crew Leader and worked on the Philmont staff for two summers.
Christina's hobbies include backpacking, Horseback riding, cycling and

Pee Dee Area Council 100th Anniversary Recognition Dinner
All adult leaders, friends and family members are invited to this special
event recognizing our 2009 Eagle Scouts, leaders and Silver Beaver
recipients.

When: Saturday, May 1, 2010, 6:00 pm

Where: First Presbyterian Church, Cherokee Road and Park Ave, Florence, SC
Cost: $20.00 per person.

Eagle Sponsorship: $40.00 (This covers the cost for one Eagle Scout plus a
special recognition)
